When you have completed the online application process, you will be asked whether you want us to retain your resume for future opportunities. If you agree, your resume is stored in our resume database for a period of 2 years, which is regularly searched by our recruitment team.

Once you have submitted your application online you will receive a confirmation email advising you that we received your application. We will then review your skills and experience, and inform you if your application has been shortlisted.

A member of the Recruitment Team will be in contact with you should we wish to progress your application. The recruitment process will generally involve a phone interview in the first instance, followed by a site visit depending on the position, a medical and reference checks.

Depending on the role you have applied for, further assessments may be part of the process. You will be advised at the time of the interview if this is a requirement.

Accommodation for employees is village style single rooms with a bathroom.

Employees who fill back to back positions will share a room with a person on the opposite roster rotation. Back to back rooms are set up to accommodate this arrangement, for example, two wardrobes that can be locked if required.

We operate flights to the Murrin Murrin site out of Perth from the Cobham terminal which is located at the Perth Airport. It takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes to fly to site.

Yes, the company provides uniforms and all personal protective equipment for employees based at Murrin Murrin.
Your roster will depend on the position you applied for. Different roles have different rosters. The majority of our employees work one of the following rosters: 4/3 days, 8/6 days, 2/1 weeks, 2/2 weeks
