Mount Isa Mines is part of Glencore’s Australian metals business and is the hub of Glencore’s zinc, lead, silver and copper processing operations across north Queensland.

Located in the iconic outback city of Mount Isa, Mount Isa Mines includes the George Fisher underground zinc mine, mineral processing and smelting operations.

For more than 100 years, Mount Isa Mines has been part of the economic and social fabric of north-west Queensland. Our operations support jobs, local businesses and the Mount Isa community.

We acknowledge the Kalkadoon People as the Traditional Owners of the land on which we operate and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
