CSA Mine is part of the Cobar community and the majority of our workforce live locally or within the Barwon district.
Within the local communities, we are committed to forming long-term partnerships with organisations that focus on education and health, including:
- ensuring the region’s young people have jobs
- supporting health facilities to meet local needs.
CSA conducts an annual school-based traineeship program.
